WHAT WE OFFER RIDERS AND THEIR HORSES
Glenview Vista, managed by MZ Equestrian, is proud to provide exceptional horse boarding services in the scenic Vista, California. Our facility boasts extensive equestrian amenities, including four riding arenas, a semi-private jumping arena with top-quality sand footing, round pens, turn-out paddocks, barn box stalls with in/out options, fully covered corrals in the Mare Motel, and partially covered corrals throughout the ranch.
Nestled next to Guajome County Park, this 8.5-acre property offers riders stunning views, refreshing ocean breezes, and access to over 4.5 miles of preserved and maintained trails. Boarders can take advantage of community tack storage areas as well as private storage options, trailer storage, and comprehensive equine care programs. Training and lessons in Hunter-Jumper, Western, and Dressage are available through approved on-site trainers. GLENVIEW VISTA FEATURES
RIDING Amenities
All of our equestrian amenities, including riding arenas and turn-out paddocks at Glenview Vista, were laser leveled in late 2023 and early 2024 to provide better drainage and even footing. We also had them maintained, and footing added in late 2024 and early 2025. They are scheduled for some touch-up work in summer 2026. Each riding area was given a new DG base, and we finished them by adding washed concrete, washed plaster, or sand as the top layer. We water and groom each arena daily. Additionally, we have installed all new Priefert Ponderosa Fencing in our main arenas, which features powder-coated steel rails and pressure-treated wood posts for maximum durability, ensuring a safe environment for horse boarding.
STALLS & CORRALS
Glenview Vista offers exceptional equestrian amenities with 24’ x 24’ Pipe Corrals featuring three-sided shelters and a welded wire stud panel between each corral. Each shelter is lined with wood for additional protection. For horse boarding, we have 12’ x 12’ Barn Box Stalls equipped with a DG base and matting, six of which also include an In/Out space with a DG base. Additionally, we provide fully covered mare motel corrals, including 12' x 24' and 24' x 24', both with new DG bases. Our 24' x 30' stud paneled corrals come with three-sided metal shelters, and our 12' x 24' Pipe Corrals offer shade shelters and stud paneling between each corral, perfect for clinics, lay-over, and short-term stays.
BOARDER AMENITIES
Glenview Vista offers a variety of equestrian amenities, including 2 round pens, 3 turn-out paddocks, and 4 riding arenas. Additionally, there is a semi-private jumping arena available to all boarders when not in use for lessons or IEA. The facility features farrier racks with electricity, wash racks, and ample trailer parking. You'll also find crossties and hitching rails, along with 12 community tack rooms. Plus, residents have access to 4.5 miles of trails in Guajome County Park, making it an ideal location for horse boarding.
