WHAT WE OFFER RIDERS AND THEIR HORSES:
Glenview Vista, operated by MZ Equestrian, is pleased to offer full-service equine boarding in beautiful Vista, California. Glenview Vista offers five riding arenas that all feature beautiful sand footing, round-pens, turn-out paddocks, barn box stalls, Barn box stalls with in/out options, fully covered corrals in the Mare Motel, and partially covered corrals around the ranch.
Perched adjacent to Guajome County Park, this 8.5-acre property offers riders fantastic views, ocean breezes, and provides access to over 4.5 miles of preserved and maintained trails. Boarders have access to community tack storage areas as well as private storage options, trailer storage, and equine care programs. Hunter-Jumper, Western, and Dressage training and lessons available through facility-approved, on-site trainers. Please see "Training & More" to access our directory of trainers.

RIDING Amenities
- All of our riding arenas and turn-out paddocks were laser leveled in late 2023 and early 2024 to provide better drainage and even footing.
- Each riding area was given a new DG base, and we finished them by adding washed concrete, washed plaster, or sand as the top layer.
- We have installed all new Priefert Ponderosa Fencing in our main arenas that features powder-coated, steel rails and pressure treated wood posts for maximum durability.

- 24’ x 24’ Pipe Corrals with Three-Sided Shelter
- 12’ x 12’ Barn Box Stalls with windows, lighting, and DG base with full matting
- 12’ x 12’ Barn Box Stalls with DG base and matting, some also feature an In/Out space outside with a DG base.
- 12 x 24 Fully Covered Mare Motel Corrals with new DG base
