Clinics Offered at MZ Equestrian
Riding Clinic with Karen Healey - December 27 & 28, 2025
MZ Equestrian is hosting a two-day Riding Clinic with Karen Healey.
This two-day clinic will feature Karen's equitation instruction on the flat and over fences. Riders must provide their own horse and the horse and rider must be capable of jumping at least 2' together.
Session 1: 8:00am – 10:00am for Riders Currently Jumping 3’ +
Session 2: 10:30am – 12:30pm for Riders Currently Jumping 2’6” +
Session 3: 1:30pm – 3:30pm for Riders Currently Jumping 2’ +
Clinic Fee:
This fee includes a riding session on Saturday and a riding session on Sunday. The fee also includes access to continental breakfast, snacks, beverages, and lunch both days (available from 12:00pm - 1:00pm. Early Bird Registration includes a discounted price for the clinic.
FROM THE JUDGE'S BOOTH: IEA CLINIC WITH USEF "R" MELISSA KALEMBER - SUNDAY, August 24th
This one-day, two-part clinic will provide our IEA riders with a classroom overview of what the judge is looking for at an IEA Show and then a practical application of those skills in the riding portion of the clinic. Auditors are welcome for $25 and if space permits, we will open this clinic to other local IEA riders for $175 per rider (includes lunch and mount).

Our two-day clinic with Joe Fargis focused on balance, rhythm, and pace. Each group navigated a gymnastics grid and then a course of fences to put their skills to practice.
